This fly is a very new evolution of one of my favorite early european nymphing flies- NJ Euro Guru and fly fishing author Aaron Jasper's Drone Stone.
His fly was a 2 tone woven stonefly, and I'm updating it using some newer materials to make it faster and probably more durable as well.
