Podobed's Slimy Sculpin

This Slimy Sculpin is a more realistic representation of the Slimy Sculpin found in waterways throughout our country on the east coast from Virginia up through Canada to Alaska. It is very prominent in the Great Lake's Region where trout, salmon, and steelhead all consider it forage. I'm sure smallmouth bass and pike also eat them with abundance.

This was my first very successful fly pattern, utilizing Fly Skinz Fish Finz product.

This pattern was also featured in Matthew Supinski's book "Brown Trout Atlantic Salmon Nexus!
